11:00pm 7:00am Great Stirrup Cay, The Bahamas
The island is yours for the day, so relax by walking along the soft white sand beaches or, if you get a little adventurous, explore the island in a kayak or a WaveRunner. Snorkelling in crystal-clear water beside a school of tropical fish is just one of the dozens of activities to do on the 250-acre island oasis. Enjoy your favourite cocktail followed by a complimentary midday beach-side BBQ as calm ocean breezes blowing through your hair. Let the kids play all day on the Hippo Water Slide which, at 40-feet high and 175-feet-long, is the world's largest inflatable water slide.

11:00am 1:00pm San Juan, Puerto Rico
San Juan is one of the biggest natural harbours in the Caribbean and is the second oldest city in the Americas. This beautiful city, called "La Ciudad Amurallada," was founded in 1521. Cobblestone streets, hanging balconies, chapels and many plazas characterize the historic end of the city, while modern amenities and high-rise hotels have sprung up on the more developed beachfront.

7:00am 10:00am Philipsburg, St Maarten, Netherlands Antilles
The French and the Dutch signed a treaty in 1648 that divided the island between them. The two sides have distinct cultural characteristics and they spell the island's name differently, but it's their differences that add to the charm of this Caribbean hideaway - not to mention some of the most amazing cuisine in the world.

1:00am 7:00am St John's, Antigua and Barbuda
Famously dusted with pristine white sands and pulsating to the rhythm of steel drums, Antigua is a real Caribbean treat. From the bustling little port of St. Johns, take an excursion across the rolling countryside to Shirley Heights, a fortress dominating the entry to English Harbour, and historic Nelson's dockyard. Today the warehouses are filled with shops and restaurants, and the sails belong to international yachts.

1:00am 8:00am Castries, Saint Lucia
One of the major tourist areas in St. Lucia, Castries is a port of call for cruise ships. Cruise ships dock at Pointe Seraphine, to the north of the harbour which is also a duty free shopping centre. A taxi service is readily available to take visitors on tours of the rest of the country or the city. There is also a water taxi available to take passengers from there to the city as well.

3:00am 9:00am Gustavia, St. Barts, France
A large dash of French chic makes St. Bart's feel more like Antibes than Antigua. Tiny and serene this hilly island originated from ancient coral reefs and is considered one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean. When you discover its idyllic blend of white sands, crystal clear waters and green, undulating landscape, you will understand why.
